Hassle-Free Returns

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Items returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store credit may be used toward eligible purchases on NiftyKicks.com and does not expire.

Processing Returns

Returns and exchanges can be initiated through your account portal.

Domestic Returns

For orders shipped within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after the return request is completed. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Returns must include tracking, and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance when appropriate.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable return shipping fees.
